2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Ahilab.co’s services for personal, commercial, and non-commercial purposes under the following conditions:

Allowed Actions:

Submit Your App: Add your Gen AI app via the 'Applications' tab by clicking the "Add Application" button and filling out the required form with your app’s name, URL, and category.
Monetize Your App: Incorporate the Monetization System Prompt™ from the Applications tab into your custom GPT.
Revenue Generation: Utilize Ahilab.co’s native monetization features to earn revenue from your app.

Prohibited Actions:

Resale or Redistribution: Do not resell or redistribute any components or system prompts from Ahilab.co.
Code Exporting: Refrain from downloading or exporting HTML, CSS, or JS code generated by Ahilab.co for creating competing platforms or services.
Inappropriate Content: Avoid using abusive, obscene, or inappropriate language in app submissions or custom domains.
Security Violations: Do not inject malware or unauthorized scripts into your app.
Prohibited Content: Do not upload illegal documents, images, or files.
Brand Integrity: Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding from Ahilab.co.
Platform Modification: Do not modify the application code of Ahilab.co’s platform.
Traffic Manipulation: Avoid driving fake traffic to your app in a way that disrupts service.
Clicks Manipulation: Avoid driving fake clicks to your account.
Poor Performances: If less than 0.1% of clicks are converted, we might consider your clicks null.

Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Ahilab.co reserves the right to terminate your access to the services at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the services and destroy any materials obtained from Ahilab.co.

3. Account Registration

To access Ahilab.co’s services, you must create a developer account to obtain your app ID. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Monetization and Payments

Monetizing Your App

To begin monetizing, copy and paste the Monetization System Prompt™ from the Applications tab into your custom GPT.

Payment Schedule

Payouts are processed on the 7th of every month.

Minimum Revenue Threshold

A minimum of $100 is required to qualify for a payout. If your revenue does not meet this threshold, payouts will be carried over to the next cycle.

Pay-per-click rates

Ahilab's pays per click a minimum of $0.1 and a maximum of $0.3 depending on the category your agent is operating on. We might change those rates over time and will notify you on the developer portal's notification tab.

Ahilab.co supports the following types of applications:

Image, Video, and Audio Generators

7. Disclaimer

The services and materials on Ahilab.co are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ahilab.co disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ahilab.co and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies even if Ahilab.co has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

Ahilab.co reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where there is a technical problem with the service that Ahilab.co cannot resolve. Since Ahilab.co services are free to try, we encourage you to evaluate the services before making any purchase decisions.

12. Order Processing

All transactions and order processing are managed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle.com handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

13. Miscellaneous

Use of Your App: By submitting your app, you grant Ahilab.co the right to use your app as an example of applications built using our platform.
Branding: You agree to retain Ahilab.co branding within the platform dashboard. Removing or altering the branding outside the dashboard is prohibited.

14. Pricing Plans

Ahilab.co reserves the right to change pricing plans at any time. Changes may include adjustments to pricing and specific terms related to service usage. We commit to ensuring that no user is unfairly disadvantaged due to these changes.

15. Signing Up

By creating an account on Ahilab.co, you consent to your app’s URL being published on Ahilab.co’s social networks and other communication channels. You also agree to receive company email newsletters, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
